Description Warehouse Operations Manager About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our distribution facility. This position will be responsible for managing the inventory control, receiving, and shipping departments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to motivate teams, and a proven track record of improving warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across inventory, receiving, and shipping departments. Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Oversee audits and maintain cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors. Train, supervise, and evaluate department leadership and staff. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior leadership. #EES25 Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with power warehouse equipment (preferred). Physical requirements: Sitting for extended periods Standing or walking for extended periods Reaching, bending, or twisting Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50LBS Using hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, or a computer Talking, hearing, and seeing to perform essential tasks Climbing stairs or ladders (if applicable) Occasional kneeling, crouching, or crawling Ability to move safely in a variety of workplace environments
