JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse / Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively supervise staff, manage transportation systems, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Proficient in using transportation management systems and warehouse management software
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring operational performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory processes.
  • Warehousing or related qualifications.
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
