Primary Role: The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the yard and warehouse operations including the shipping, receiving, warehousing, cleaning, organization, and storage of inventory. The Warehouse Operations Manager supervises all warehouse workers and ensures quality, productivity, and goals set by the Operations Manager are met in a timely manner. We are looking for a person who has a can-do attitude and is willing and ready to tackle challenges while maintaining a strong leadership mentality.

• Knowledge of shipping management responsibilities, systems and procedures

• Rigging experience
• Machinery moving. *Lenmark moves everything from small packages to very large equipment up to 40,000lbs.

• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor all shipping and receiving processes.
• Works in the warehouse organizing and picking orders.
• Supervise the order picking process.
• Supervise all warehouse employees.
• Resolve challenges and problems that arise during picking, shipping, and receiving.
• Has a vision to create better organization and storage of inventory and then executes on that vision.
• Advises the Operations Manager on the productivity of the Warehouse Team.
• Managing several locations.
• Working closely with multiple different departments.
• Local travel to and from different sites dependent on business needs.
