WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE:

You will oversee a team of 8 warehouse staff, managing all aspects of warehouse operations including cross-docking, groupage, and pallet network operations. This role is roughly 70% shop floor and 30% desk-based, allowing you to stay close to the team while also managing reporting, processes, and administration.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the warehouse team to deliver high performance.
• Implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including cross-docking, groupage, and pallet network activities.
• Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
