Managing Quality Assurance and Branch Administration teams by providing leadership, direction, training and goal setting. Working closely with team members to ensure overall goals are being achieved.

Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to enhance productivity and performance.
Collaborating with Inventory Control Manager and Shift Managers to address customer service issues.
Developing and monitoring key performance indicators for the Replenishment, Quality Assurance, and Administration functions in the Branch.
