Description

The opportunity…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our NSW Distribution Centre operations. Reporting to the Distribution Manager ANZ, you'll take ownership of the safe, efficient and compliant running of our NSW warehouse, leading a dedicated team across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and value-added services. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, develop your people, and ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers and partners. You'll work closely with our inventory, customer service, quality, compliance and commercial teams to optimise outcomes, champion continuous improvement, and play a key part in supporting Device Technologies' growth. If you're a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine impact on patient outcomes, this is the role for you.

About you...

At Device Technologies, we succeed through our commitment to five key values:

Delivering Innovation - We constantly seek new ideas, technologies, and approaches to meet evolving customer needs and market demands. Through our innovation we continually adapt and transform for our people, our customers and our future success.

Seeking Collaboration - By embracing collaboration we tap into diverse perspectives, skills, and resources to drive innovation, solve complex problems, and achieve common goals.

Taking Ownership - We embrace accountability and initiative. It fosters trust, collaboration, and empowers our people to drive success through proactive responsibility.

Practising Good Business - We strive to embody integrity, responsibility, and sustainability. It involves ethical conduct, transparency, and a commitment to social and environmental stewardship.

Championing the Customer - By placing customers at the heart of decision-making and operations, we enhance experiences, foster loyalty, and collectively strive to improve patient outcomes.

Our ideal candidate for this role aligns with these values.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced and hands-on operations leader who brings out the best in their team while keeping safety, quality and service front of mind. You take ownership of performance, lead from the floor, and are comfortable making decisions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You build strong relationships across the business, communicate clearly at every level, and are driven by continuous improvement and better ways of working. With sound commercial acumen and a genuine customer focus, you balance service, cost and productivity while never compromising on compliance. Above all, you're resilient, adaptable and outcomes-focused, and you share our commitment to improving patients' lives.

  • Demonstrated experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, service delivery, safety and compliance requirements
