OnTrac is hiring a Branch Operations Manager! As an Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse. Location Details: 2100 E 15th Ave, Gary, IN 46402 Pay: $63,900 - $112,000 annually, depending on experience Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards. Oversee daily labor planning and sort operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure resource alignment. Champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to key protocols such as dock safety and lockout/tagout procedures. Build strong relationships with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs), managing contractual performance and facilitating clear, ongoing communication. Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, ensuring operational readiness, materials availability, and continuous process efficiency.
