Description

Position Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facilities with mastery over the 360-degree inventory experience. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, interfacility merchandise transfers, inventory replenishment, and equipment maintenance. This role requires overseeing and providing continued guidance to the Warehouse Shipping, Receiving, Pick & Pack, and Warehouse Operations teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of warehouse operations and inventory management.
5+ years of experience with warehouse management software and databases
Expertise with complex logistics and interfacility merchandise transfers.
Working knowledge of warehouse/mechanical equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables (required) & macros (a plus).
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Schedule and oversee the warehouse team, managing the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Regularly inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee general maintenance as necessary.
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
Maintaining inventory levels, including inventory transfers between facilities, avoiding stock-outs and overstock of merchandise, while ensuring facility cleanliness throughout.
