 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a small team of warehouse staff.
  • Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow and priorities.
  • Oversee the receiving, checking, storage and dispatch of goods.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocktakes.
  • Ensure warehouse procedures and processes are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Train, support and develop team members.
  • Monitor team performance and address issues as they arise.
  • Work with other areas of the business to ensure customer and operational requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements are followed.

About You

You will be a practical and reliable warehouse professional who is ready to take the next step in their career or an experienced team leader looking for a new challenge.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage warehouse operations across two shifts, including direct oversight of two supervisors and floor staff
  • Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and driving down incidents
  • Develop, implement and embed continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes
  • Establish and manage KPIs to drive performance, accountability and efficiency
  • Design and implement robust warehouse processes and standard operating procedures
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control and warehouse layout optimisation
  • Manage labour planning, rostering and shift coverage across the operation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, quality and operational standards
  • Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, development and clear performance expectations
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics and production teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
  • About YouProven experience leading a warehouse or distribution operation, including multi-shift environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing supervisors and larger frontline teams
  • Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies and practical application
  • Solid understanding of WHS and safety leadership in a warehouse setting
  • Experience setting and managing KPIs to drive operational performance
  • Strong process improvement and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) highly regarded
