We’re looking for a Warehouse (Fulfillment Center) Operations Manager for our team in Las Vegas to build leaders and teams of leaders as Spreetail rapidly expands! This position leads teams to continually push the boundaries of order transit time, delivery quality, and order accuracy while collaborating with supply chain leadership across the company.

• Multiple years of experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution environment, preferably ecommerce.
• Having 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Have led large teams greater than 50 team members, single or multiple sites.
• Evaluating and determining top talent to bring on your team.
• Giving and receiving, positive and negative feedback throughout the entire team.

The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year to $105,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company.
