Job Summary UF Corporation is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline operations Monitor KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, turnaround time) and implement improvements Manage warehouse budgets, expenses, and resource allocation Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) Handle problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred) 3–7 years of warehouse or logistics management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with inventory systems and warehouse software Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 401(k) plan Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Paid vacation
