Position Summary: Store Manager position available for our Warehouse.
United Auto Supply is seeking a highly motivated person who is responsible, timely and organized. Person needs to have a positive attitude, good work ethic and motivational skills. Management experience a plus.
United Auto Supply is a family owned business that operates over 30 locations in the North East. We are looking for a manager that considers their location their own!

Experience, Skills and Abilities for Store Manager:

• Prior experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.
• Prior Warehouse Managing and overseeing employees experience preferred.
• Prior Dispatching is preferred.
• Strong computer skills required
• Must have a strong work ethic with specific attention to detail
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Operational Manager:
• Attend and actively participate in all required meetings and conference calls
• A Company cell phone is provided, with the understanding that you will respond to calls, emails and any communication from management and customers to provide superior customer service
• Manage all employees in your location
• Responsible for hiring, training and terminating employees
• Will have Keyholder responsibilities
• Ensure your location is always open on time and functions properly
• Limited Responsibility handling cash outs, bank deposits, etc.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse
• Ensure deliveries go out in a timely manner

Education & Knowledge for Operational Manager:

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
• Must maintain a clean driving record
• Superior interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Must work well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task
