WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS & Q/C SPECIALIST

SOP/KPIS:

· Aid in the goal to meet or exceed all listed SC/OPS metrics and KPIs
· Continue learning and pursuing best practices and seeking other education/certification to maintain the ongoing evolution of increased productivity, efficiency, etc., of the Operations and Supply Chain Department.
Team Support:
· Communicate with outside parties for coworkers when requested.
· Respond to communication (emails, meeting requests, MSTeams messages, etc.) sent by Seal Shield members in a timely and friendly manner.
· Work with other departments to facilitate reasonable requests promptly.
· Store all emails in an organized manner to provide a complete and clear history of communication.
· Actively participate in scheduled conference calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HARD SKILLS & EDUCATION:

· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
· Experience with 2D drawings
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
· Experience measuring with calipers and micrometers
· Current with trends and best practices for Operations and Warehousing.

SPECIFIC SOFT SKILLS (EXAMPLES):

· Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity & be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work to be conducted within the warehouse is movement, packaging, testing, and returning of the product. This will often require the use of hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch. Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs occasionally exists.
Starting Pay & Benefits Package:
The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour , with the ability to earn overtime for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week.

JOB PURPOSE

This position is a full-time hands-on role within Seal Shield’s Supply Chain and Operations Department with a dotted line to Quality Control. The main responsibility is to assist in the daily production and quality control testing of products into and out of the warehouse.
