Due to business expansion, We are seeking Warehouse Operations Specialists at multiple levels — from entry-level operators to supervisors — to support and lead our fast-paced logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, sorting, and inventory management. Depending on your experience, you may also take on leadership, process optimization, and performance management responsibilities.

Working Hours: 5 days onsite per week, shift rotations (including occasional weekends)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

l Valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.
l Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
l Proficiency in English; Chinese and Dutch are a plus.
l Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
l Willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends.
l For entry-level: 0–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
l For mid-level: Bachelor’s degree preferred, warehouse management system knowledge, data handling skills (Excel, BI tools).
l For senior level: 5+ years in international logistics, 3+ years in warehouse management, strong leadership and process optimization experience.

l Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, scanning, packing, and dispatching parcels.
l Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve operational issues.
l Optimize workflow for operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
l Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
l Track operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
l (For senior levels) Lead and supervise warehouse teams, set performance goals, and coach team members.
l (For senior levels) Oversee hub performance, evaluate new warehouse locations, and implement standardized operational systems.
