Join our team and bring your best self to the table. #bringyourflavor #LI-ED1 What you will be doing Managing and supervising warehouse staff Coordinating receipt, storage, and shipment of replenishment goods Maintaining inventory accuracy and control Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed Conducting audits and inspections to maintain quality standards Managing and maintaining equipment and facilities Analyzing and reporting on operational performance metrics Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency Communicating with other departments, such as logistics and sales Handling customer service and issue resolution Managing and tracking inventory levels and locations Coordinating with transportation and logistics providers Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Conducting performance evaluations and training for warehouse staff Maintaining accurate records and reports. The position will be based in Methuen, MA. Main responsibilities Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards Conduct regular inventory management and maintain accurate records Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities Analyze and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements A copy of the full job description can be made available to you. What we are searching for Conflict resolution, critical thinking, accountability, leadership Supply chain management, analytical skills, process improvement, attention to detail. Warehouse management systems: Manhattan (WMS), safety regulations (OSHA, etc.), regulations and compliance. Communication, multitasking, coaching and development. We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse management Bilingual (preferred, not required) Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in inventory management software and systems Knowledge of safety regulations and standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and analytical skills High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Salary: The hourly rate for this role will be no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
