Join our team and bring your best self to the table. #bringyourflavor What you will be doing * Managing and supervising warehouse staff * Coordinating receipt, storage, and shipment of replenishment goods * Maintaining inventory accuracy and control * Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed * Conducting audits and inspections to maintain quality standards * Managing and maintaining equipment and facilities * Analyzing and reporting on operational performance metrics * Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency * Communicating with other departments, such as logistics and sales * Handling customer service and issue resolution * Managing and tracking inventory levels and locations * Coordinating with transportation and logistics providers * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Conducting performance evaluations and training for warehouse staff * Maintaining accurate records and reports.  The position will be based in Methuen, MA.  Main responsibilities * Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods * Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency * Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards * Conduct regular inventory management and maintain accurate records * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations * Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities * Analyze and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements   We are looking for candidates who possess the following: * Conflict resolution, critical thinking, accountability, leadership * Supply chain management, analytical skills, process improvement, attention to detail. * Warehouse management systems: Manhattan (WMS), safety regulations (OSHA, etc.), regulations and compliance. * Communication, multitasking, coaching and development.
