Warehouse Operations Supervisor – VIC

MUVE Logistics is a rapidly growing Australian logistics business providing warehousing, transport and supply chain solutions across the country. We're looking for an experienced multi-site Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our Victorian warehouse operations and help drive safety, service and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for motivating your team, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse operation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Warehouse & Distribution, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operation.
• Supervise warehouse employees, drivers and labour hire staff.
• Plan daily workloads and allocate labour effectively.
• Drive DIFOT, productivity, inventory accuracy and customer service outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and develop your team while holding them accountable for performance.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility and MUVE policies.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse performance.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.

About You

You'll be an experienced warehouse or operations leader who enjoys building high-performing teams.

You'll bring:

• Experience supervising warehouse or distribution operations within FMCG, retail, manufacturing or 3PL.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Experience managing KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse safety practices and Chain of Responsibility.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (CartonCloud experience required).
• Forklift Licence (LF) required.
