Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Major Hazard Facility - Whyte Island, Lytton, QLD Join a high-performing team in a highly regulated, niche environment and gain skills that set you apart in the logistics industry. About the Role - Toll Group are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our operations at Whyte Island – a Major Hazard Facility handling dangerous goods and complex supply chain activities. This is not your typical warehouse role; it’s an opportunity to work in a highly specialised environment where safety, compliance, and operational excellence are paramount. What you’ll do, but not limited to - Lead and develop a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Oversee all warehouse and terminal operations, ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), load restraint, DG storage and transport, and fatigue management requirements. Drive operational excellence through Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage critical systems, maintenance schedules, and value-add services such as decanting and repacking. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in logistics operations and in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations, including CoR and DG compliance.
