What the Role Covers

Daily Warehouse Operations

You oversee receiving, storing, and shipping operations on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols. You coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on stock replenishment, maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, and oversee maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment.

Team Leadership & Development

You lead and mentor warehouse staff, conduct regular training sessions on warehouse practices, safety, and equipment use, and perform regular performance evaluations with constructive feedback. You handle and resolve employee issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

WMS & Inventory Management

You utilize the LFS Warehouse Management System to track inventory and manage order fulfillment, operate and instruct others on RF scanner use, and implement effective inventory control processes including daily stock reconciliation against inbound and outbound records to minimize discrepancies.

Performance Reporting & Process Improvement

You analyze operational performance metrics, develop improvement strategies, and prepare management reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges. You assist in developing and implementing SOPs and coordinate with other departments for timely and accurate order processing.

Candidate Profile

• Proven warehouse operations experience with team leadership responsibility
• Hands-on LFS WMS experience is a significant advantage
• RF scanner and inventory management proficiency
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and compliance
• Solid analytical skills for performance metric review and improvement planning
• Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs
