Description About the Role This position will safely perform chemical handling and inventory of all products in the warehouse. They will also assist with operational duties to support the location for achievement of safety, employee engagement, preventative maintenance, financial performance, inventory quality and count, and overall customer experience at Landus facilities. What will you do? Manage inbound and outbound orders. Unload and load bulk and package products, as applicable. Ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers. Be able to operate a Forklift safely and efficiently. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design, recommend improvements. Accurately measure and count inventory counts and inventory reconciliation daily. Greet all customers promptly and courteously. Properly completing paperwork and getting proper signatures. Keeping facility clean, safe and assist in keeping housekeeping and maintenance records current. Be willing to perform these duties at other Landus locations as needed. Perform equipment and facility maintenance in order to provide a safe and clean environment for employees and customers. Champion of safety compliance throughout organization. Requirements Candidate Requirements 1 to 3 years warehouse related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required. Forklift experience. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in the company’s motor vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position. Location & Commitments Willingness to travel within the designated region as required. May require extended hours. Utilize arms, hands, and fingers to feel, handle, and reach materials. Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
