Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials in the warehouse
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and ensure they are properly labeled and stored
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and locate stock within the warehouse
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are properly packaged for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other mechanical equipment
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that aisles are clear and materials are stored safely
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Skills - Not Essential
- Knowledge of stock control principles and inventory management
- Proficient in picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes
