OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials management, stocking, picking and packing. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and relevant certifications is desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
• Strong skills in materials handling, including experience with stocking and inventory management.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to load and unload goods.
• Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock levels accurately.
• Perform materials handling tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition.
• Maintain an organised warehouse environment by stocking shelves and keeping work areas tidy.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are followed to maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
