JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE / C2 DELIVERY DRIVER

Colour-Pave is an established manufacturing company in the decorative paving sector. We are looking to hire a Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join our small production team in a permanent full-time role. This is a varied position where you will be responsible for assisting in the warehouse, fulfilling deliveries and producing a range of products to specific formulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Full and valid C2 Driving Licence. No more than 6 points on licence with no DR , DD , IN , CD or other endorsements that lead to a ban.
• A full and valid Tacho card and an in date valid CPC Qualification with card.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a delivery or warehouse role is advantageous.
• Physically fit to handle heavy goods (up to 25kg).
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and wear personal protective equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate large machinery and forklift equipment safely.

• Warehouse Support: Organise goods within the warehouse and assist with picking orders.
• Palletising Orders: Palletise orders and ensure they are correctly labelled and dispatched with the right paperwork.
• Machinery Operation: Operate large mixing machinery in a timely, accurate, and safe manner; ensure machinery is cleaned to a high standard.
• Delivery Driving: Safely drive our van to deliver products to customers, unloading heavy loads by hand, including 25kg bags.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Forklift Operation: Use your counterbalance forklift skills to load/unload vehicles and move stock within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and shared amenities clean and tidy.
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers with the loading of their vehicles.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a small team, communicating any stock availability, rotation or storage issues.
