OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our busy fulfilment team at our hamper company. You will play a key role in assembling, packing, and dispatching high-quality hampers for individual and corporate clients. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or packing role preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Able to work at pace while maintaining high accuracy
• Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible with working hours, especially during busy gifting seasons
• Basic computer or scanner skills beneficial
• Food hygiene certification (desirable, not essential)
• Accurately follow packing lists and custom order specifications
• Load and unload delivery vans and manage incoming stock
• Carry out quality checks to ensure all items are fresh, presentable, and undamaged
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing and storage areas
• Assist with stock takes, inventory counts, and shelf restocking
• Pick and pack a variety of gift hamper products with care and precision when required
• Support the team during seasonal peaks (e.g., Christmas, Easter, corporate gifting periods)
• Follow all health & safety and food hygiene standards (where applicable)
• Any other tasks as required by the manager/supervisor
