SALARY BREAKDOWN

£26,044.72 per annum
Shift Premium - £166.66 per month, £2000 per annum.
CheckFire Ltd are seeking a Warehouse Operative who is able to support the efficient receipts, storage and dispatch of goods within Operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess key skills like: attention to detail, the ability to work independently and within a team, exceptional organisational skills, being able to meet deadlines, flexible attitude and commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.

EXPERIENCE/LICENCES:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is and advantage.
  • Forklift certificate (Counterbalance, Articulated trucks) will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders, utilizing handheld scanners and picking lists.
  • Carefully pack products for shipment, ensuring items are secure and protected to prevent damage during transit.
  • Conduct quality checks on items before packing to ensure that the correct products and quantities are dispatched .
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies as necessary.
  • Fulfilling all tasks that are required within the operational function, (Goods in, Goods Out, Stock control, replenishment while maintaining required standards).
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Unloading containers -Safely and efficiently unloading goods from shipping containers and other transport vehicles.
  • Stock Rotation - Ensuring old stock is used before newer stock.
