The Opportunity Cochlear is looking for a Warehouse Operative to ensure the warehouse runs at peak efficiency, maximising service levels delivering exceptional customer experience across the EMEA region. The role is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, administration, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and compliance. This is a 7-months fixed-term opportunity, based in Cochlear’s EUDC in Venlo, Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include: Receive all inbound goods, check for damage, and verify accuracy against documentation. Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and support replenishment activities to maintain optimal picking efficiency. Pick and pack customer orders within agreed quality standards, aiming for zero picking errors. Use handheld scanners and mobile devices for accurate picking and shipping. Adhere to defined Warehouse Standards and Quality Management System Procedures and instructions. Work collaboratively within the team and other departments. Comply with all health and safety procedures, rules, and instructions. About You: Minimum: Experience in warehouse operations, including Goods In, picking, packing, and replenishment is ideal Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Attention to detail, integrity, and strong professional manner. Ability to lift and move boxes as required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work accurately and keep records as required. Ideal: Knowledge of SAP, Oracle EBS or similar inventory management systems. Experience with mobile applications and handheld scanners. MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience. Experience in medical device or healthcare environments. Fork-lift trained. Working knowledge of English and other European languages.
