We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join us at Great Bear Milton Keynes on a permanent and full time basis. Job Description Shift: 4ON 4OFF Nights - 18:00pm-06:00am. Salary: £12.65 per hour - Up to £14.35 per hour with a skill payment - £50.00 premium per week. Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse. Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE Ensure the correct amount of product is picked Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards. Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment Qualifications Minimum of PPT experience. Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment. Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements both current and future Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work as part of a team Adaptable approach to training Conscientious and reliable Good working attitude Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential Additional Information As part of our drive to make Warrens a great place to work.
