We currently deal with numerous high profile multi nationals delivering a specialist service which requires an exceptional admin team in head office to support our experts on site. We have built strong relationships with not only our clients but also our suppliers and we work diligently at maintaining those relationships through communication.
We are currently recruiting a full time Warehouse & Inventory Technician for one of our multinational sites based in Mallow.The function of the role is to support the current team in place, in all aspects of the business. Full training will be provided.

• Receiving goods inwards
• Issuing out of parts in a timely fashion
• Compile list of parts for re-order
• Manage inventory levels and report as required.
• Liaise with purchasing on re-ordering & ad hoc parts
• Organization of stores
• Stock/Cycle Counting
• Manage supply constraints , deviations & back orders.
• Liaise with client on deliveries to site
• Deliver the day to day operations of the Stores
• Deliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site
• Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement
• Other ad hoc duties
