JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to materials handling, stocking, and shipping & receiving. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities that include heavy lifting and operating warehouse equipment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in materials handling
• Skills in operating forklifts and knowledge of AS400 systems are advantageous
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail for accurate picking & packing tasks

• Load and unload goods from lorries and containers
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely
• Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipping
• Stock shelves and organise products within the warehouse
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment, utilising mechanical knowledge as needed
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
