REQUIREMENTS:

• Stock control experience
• Customer facing experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage

Work Location: In perso

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders, utilizing handheld scanners and picking lists.
• Carefully pack products for shipment, ensuring items are secure and protected to prevent damage during transit.
• Conduct quality checks on items before packing to ensure that the correct products and quantities are dispatched.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies as necessary.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Report any damaged items to management.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain a positive and courteous attitude towards visitors, customers and members of the public.
• Serve customers who come to collect orders in a professional and timely manner.
• Share continuous improvement ideas with supervisor on a regular basis.
