JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role involves standard warehouse duties, such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. However, a key part of this position also involves supporting our quality control processes, ensuring that all items leaving the warehouse meet our standards and customer expectations.

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with company procedures.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all stock is received in good condition.
• Conduct quality checks on packed goods to confirm correct items, quantities, and packaging.
• Flag and report any discrepancies or quality issues with products or packaging.
• Ensure correct labelling and documentation accompanies all outbound goods.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory control.
• Receive goods in accurately and report on discrepancies.
• Work closely with the warehouse and quality teams to uphold company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and practices.
