OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to join our Warehouse team with duties involving driving a forklift and general warehouse operational tasks.
The candidate would have their forklift license(s) already with experience driving FLTs in a busy warehouse environment. Ideally the candidate would hold both reach and counterbalance FLT licenses, however we would consider candidates with reach licence only as training can be given.
The ideal candidate would also have a good level of physical fitness and show excellent attention to detail, be organised in their approach to work and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Good communication skills are essential and therefore a good level of written and spoken English is required.

SKILLS

• Fork Lift Truck (FLT) license required - Reach is required, counterbalance preferred but not essential
• Organised with good time management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good teamwork and communication skills with a strong level of written and spoken English
• Good level of physical fitness to cope with the demanding nature working in a busy warehouse
• Problem solving skills and understanding of issues
• Understanding and use of MS Office preferred – Word, Excel and Outlook
• Warehouse experience required

• Driving the forklift to load/unload vehicles, and moving pallets in/out of the racking
• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods and deliveries
• Picking, packing and checking of customer orders
• Booking shipments with logistics partners
• Unloading of containers
• Labelling of goods and wrapping and labelling of pallets
• Organising stock and inventory control
• Adhering to relevant Health and Safety Regulations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the Warehouse Manager
