Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Goods In/Out, Pick, Pack, Ship
Location: Brentwood CM13

Reports To: Senior Operations Manager
Salary: [£22,000–£26,000 DOE] + Overtime + Bonus
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend/late shifts)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with IT equipment (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to lift and move items (up to 20kg)
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Warehouse Operative at Reuse Technology Group Ltd, you will be a key part of our fast-paced logistics and operations team. This role involves handling incoming stock (goods in), picking and packing customer orders, and preparing high-quality refurbished IT equipment and mobile devices for outbound shipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GOODS IN

• Receive deliveries of IT equipment and accessories
• Check for damage and accuracy and log incoming stock into inventory system
• Label and shelf stock accurately in correct warehouse zones
