Work with a RF scanning system to complete tasks as issued through the warehouse

management system, on a timely basis to meet production and despatch deadlines.

• To liaise with all relevant departments and job functions in order to facilitate the smooth and

efficient operation of the warehouses.

• To liaise with the Material Controller on the reporting, corrective action or preventative measures

required overcoming any issues, which may affect the efficient operation within the warehouse.

• To adhere to procedures for the efficient running of the warehouse.
• To adhere to health and safety as required.
• To participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency and safety of the

warehouse.

• To operate the mechanical handling equipment safely and conform with all safety requirements

associated with the equipment – Powered pallet truck, counterbalance and clamp.

• To comply with Health and Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and general housekeeping policies

and procedures.

• The job holder may be required to undertake such other reasonable duties as may be required

of him/her in the post, the department mentioned above or in the company.

• In times of personnel shortages and high work activities within the warehouse, it is required

that the job holder will be flexible and work on activities that may differ from their normal day to
day job function.
