ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to and from the UK ensuring correct documentation is available for freight forwarders, checking invoices, HS classification, Inco terms
• Completion on internal import documents log to support compliance requirements of ERIKS UK for submission to HMRC
• Carry out internal supplier returns ensuring ERP system reflect accurately
• Assist the sales team in preparing and formatting quotations, gaining price and delivery on products from core suppliers
• Raise purchase requisitions in ERP system
• Liaise with warehouse/logistics on stock and return
• Conduct regular reviews of stock adjustments and stock locations to verify compliance and accuracy with standard operating procedures investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
