35 HOURS PER WEEK | 5 SHIFTS (MONDAY–SATURDAY ROTA) | 6:00AM – 1:00PM

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-focused Warehouse Operative to join our growing business at The Flower Connection – a fast-moving wholesale flower supplier serving professional florist business, weddings & events specialists, garden centres and other clients across the North of England.

• Working with our dedicated team to stock and restock daily.
• Loading and unloading deliveries (following safe handling practices)
• Keeping stock areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Assisting with goods in/out and checking deliveries
• Conditioning flowers on arrival to maintain freshness and quality
• Daily stock rotation and stock taking using warehouse systems (training provided)
• Performing regular stock checks and flagging any discrepancies
• Working closely with your teammates to meet daily targets and keep our clients smiling
• Assist with all departments, Flowers, Plants, Sundries.
• Assist with maintaining and clearing the delivery yard
• Doing occasional customer deliveries
