Following an internal promotion, Country Style Foods have a rare opportunity to join the Warehouse Team on our Night Shift as a Warehouse Operative. As a member of the Warehouse team, you will provide valuable support across the shift, supporting production with provision of ingredients and packaging as required to meet the production plan, whilst storing, loading and unloading of vehicles as planned. Please note that an in-date Forklift licence is required.
Duties include:
· Accepting and storing incoming raw materials and packaging for the site against the appropriate procedures;
· Ensuring ingredients are stored correctly and monitored, ensuring the risk of cross contamination is minimised and traceability is maintained at all times;
· Observing health and safety policies and procedures within in the area, adhering to and ensuring safe working practices;
· Adhering to applicable quality and food safety policies and procedures;
· Assisting in meeting any targets (actual production against KPIs).
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be required to undertake any other reasonable request as required by your manager. In addition, you will undertake any training that the company deems necessary that may assist you to effectively carry out the above responsibilities.
