We are looking for a Fulfilment Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
The purpose of a Warehouse Associate is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a business’s supply chain and inventory management processes. This includes receiving, stowing, picking and packing orders, processing returns and exchanges, and managing stock levels. A Fulfilment Associate is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any customer queries.
A Fulfilment Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate picking, packing and delivery of products to customers. The role involves receiving, inspecting and stocking incoming goods, as well as loading and shipping orders. The Fulfilment Associate also carries out a range of warehouse activities such as maintaining inventory, sorting, and organising stock and ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
