A permanent position position has arisen at our Company for a Warehouse Operative/Order Picker.

• FLT License Is Essential For This Role
• Responsible for Unloading Supplier Deliveries - Receiving, checking off, and processing incoming stock/raw materials, informing the office so the goods can be booked in and deal with any damages/discrepancies that may arise.
• Loading all vehicles in a timely manor so as not to delay drivers/couriers
• Organising orders/pallets for distribution and moving them to and from storage areas
• Picking And Assembling Orders From A Picking Sheet
• Checking Assembled Orders
• Stock Replenishment
• General Housekeeping
• Ability to work on own initiative to achieve team goals/targets.
• Must be flexible. Usual working hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm however this can and does alter due to the demands of the business.
• There may also be occasional weekend working/overtime.
• Collating & Packing Orders Ready For Despatch
• There is a large element of manual stock picking involved in this position which includes the movement of of 25kg Bags of Aggregate

You must be able to work as a team but equally you must be capable of working on your own initiative. Reliability is a key factor that we would be looking for in the candidate for this role.
The ability to pick orders accurately is an absolute must. Attention to detail is crucial.
We are looking for someone that can really hit the ground running on this and make a difference to our operation.
Salary will be dependant on experience.
