Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Lisburn
Hours: 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 07:00-16:30)
Status: Permanent
Salary: £29,000, plus overtime rates, bonus and some great company benefits

Kenect Recruitment are recruiting a permanent Warehouse operative for our client, a customer-focused sales and marketing company operating globally. The Warehouse Operatives play a key role in ensuring efficiency, maintaining performance targets, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This role is best suited to motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Unload, check, and store incoming goods.
• Organise and place stock on shelves and racks safely.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load and wrap stock on pallets for transportation.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Label and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
