WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE/VAN DRIVER - JOB DESCRIPTION

An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent electrical wholesaler with 7 branches located across Sussex and Kent.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to be a part of our busy distribution centre, based in Bexhill, East Sussex.
Start Date: Soon as possible.
- Pick, pack and ship orders.
- Load and unload vans & lorries in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive/process shipments..
- Put stock away.
- Van Driver Cover
- Quarterly stock take.
- Perform general warehouse duties in order to maintain a smooth operation.
- Always keep warehouses clean and tidy.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
Working hours: 7:30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday, however you may be required to start earlier some days (time off in lieu will be offered).
This role may become permanent after a 3 month probationary period.
National living wage for those 21+ £28,571.40
