As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Packing Operative to join our growing production team at our new premises in Dublin 12.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Packing Operative to ensure our products are packed, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality control. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order Packing: Accurately pack products to meet customer specifications, ensuring the correct items, quantities, and packaging are used.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality before packing, ensuring everything meets our high standards before dispatch.
• Production Planning: Coordinate with the production team to plan and prioritize packing schedules based on order deadlines and stock availability.
• Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation and help maintain a clean and organised packing area.
• Labeling: Ensure all orders are correctly labeled with product details, delivery instructions, and other necessary information.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to ensure accuracy, reducing the likelihood of errors and returns.
• Product Handling: Handle products with care, ensuring fragile or delicate items are packed appropriately to prevent damage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient packing and timely order fulfillment.
• Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
