About the role Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, supporting the efficient delivery of products to our retail network. About the Role Working as part of the Logistics function, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end warehouse operation. This includes picking, packing, loading/unloading stock, and processing returns, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and in line with company procedures. You will also contribute to maintaining inventory levels, operating mechanical handling equipment, and supporting wider operational activities when required. Key Responsibilities Carry out end-to-end pick and pack processes, including line replenishment and stock balancing Load and unload deliveries of scratch cards and consumables safely and efficiently Process returned stock from retail agents in line with established procedures Assist with inventory planning and periodic stock control activities Operate mechanical handling equipment and forklifts as required Support wider Sales & Operations functions such as Mailroom, Premises, Draw Operations, and Tele-Sales when needed Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and compliance at all times Be available for occasional work outside normal hours to support deliveries and stock receipt About You You are a reliable and motivated individual who thrives in a team environment but can also work independently when required. You have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate work at pace. Skills & Experience 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse/logistics environment Experience in a pick and pack operation Valid forklift licence Good keyboard and basic IT skills (ECDL or equivalent desirable) Key Competencies Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet daily targets Flexible and adaptable approach with a “can-do” attitude High level of reliability and attention to detail

Responsibilities
