WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE / PICKER & PACKER

Location: Goxhill, North Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.86 per hour

YOUR ROLE:

As a Warehouse Operative / Picker & Packer, you’ll be a key part of our fulfilment team ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and with care. You’ll work in a structured and positive warehouse environment where quality and teamwork are always top priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Picking and packing customer and trade orders to a high standard
• Labelling and preparing outbound orders accurately
• Processing returns in line with company procedures
• Replenishing and rotating stock
• Assisting with unloading deliveries and other logistics
• Following all company SOPs and health & safety guidelines
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your work area
