WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE - PUTAWAY

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in putaway or inventory management.
• Good understanding of IT parts and components.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and committed to following established protocols.

• Efficiently and accurately handle incoming refurbished IT equipment and components, ensuring proper placement within the warehouse.
• Safely operate mobile order picker, pallet trucks, and other equipment to move and store items as required.
• Utilise inventory management systems to track and record stock movements and locations.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Perform inventory checks ensuring stock is accurate and placed in the best location.
• Work closely with other warehouse team members to maintain an organised and clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
