JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks associated with materials handling, stocking, and logistics. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems is beneficial.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience in construction may be an asset for certain tasks.

Work Location: In perso

• Load and unload goods from lorries and containers with care and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as required.
• Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Perform picking and packing of orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product selection.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
