The role is based within our Warehouse Business Unit, where we cut carpets, flooring, and artificial grass, to fulfil our customer’s requirements, and it is the heart of our business operations.
We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives for Days/Afters Rotating Shift at Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath, S63 7LG.

JOB SUMMARY

The key role of the job is to pick and manoeuvre flooring between cutting tables and despatch bays and process stock in accordance with safe operating procedures.
Starting rate: Foundation rate £12.60 per hour, Bronze rate £13.00 per hour, Silver rate £13.50 per hour, Gold rate £14.00 per hour, Diamond rate £14.50 per hour
Plus OTE £1,040.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus - Paid £260.00 per quarter
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime
Days and Afters Shifts on a rotating basis: 06:00 to 14:30 or 14:00 to 22:30
Overtime: Payable at x1.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday - Payable at x1.5 weekends

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Health & Safety conscious
• Good communication skills

• Excellent timekeeping
• A determination to ‘get the job done’.
• Experience working to targets.

NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS BUT DESIRABLE

• FLT Licence (Reach Truck or Counterbalance).
• A minimum of one year experience working within a busy warehouse environment.
