PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL:

• Experience of stores/ trade counter environments
• Experience in stock management software/ barcode scanning
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to carry out manual handling tasks efficiently
• Computer literate excel/ word
• Good numeracy and literacy skillset
• Effective problem solver under pressure
• Adept at handling a variety of tasks within the working day
• Strong work ethic
• Honest, reliable and diligent
• Strong communication skills
• FLT (Counterbalance and/ or Reach) licence
• Full, clean driving licence
• Knowledge of working in quality driven environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE:

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management

ROLE PURPOSE:

Contribute to the effective Operation of the Warehouse

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE WILL BE TO:

• Selection and picking of product using a mobile device & D365 F&O
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all goods are first class
• Packaging of product as required
• Generation of appropriate paperwork in preparation for dispatch
• Use of dispatch system
• Inspection and booking of incoming goods via D365
• Operation of FLT (Reach & Counterbalance)
• Picking & processing components for powder coating via pick list
• Work within the framework of the Quality Management System
• Adhere to company procedures and work practices
• Understand role and responsibilities within the health and safety management system
