KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and capable of lifting flooring products and materials.
• Clear communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment preferred.
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach Truck) desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided).
• Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

We are now looking to expand our warehouse team with a Part-Time Operative to assist with the picking and packing of orders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick, pack, and prepare marketplace orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch.
• Ensure packaging is secure and professionally presented to maintain product quality in transit.
• Maintain accurate order tracking using our computerised systems (training provided).
• Help with unloading deliveries and replenishing stock areas.
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks and other general warehouse duties as required.
