Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse, with a strong focus on working deliveries, picking customer and store orders, and supporting wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Picking: Accurately pick items for customer orders and store replenishments using handheld devices
· Wholesale Fulfilment: Select and prepare items for wholesale clients according to order specifications.
· Goods In: Receive and check deliveries, verify against packing lists, and assist with booking in stock.
· Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies or issues.
· Returns Handling: Support the processing of returned items, ensuring correct handling and documentation.
· General Warehouse Duties: Keep work areas tidy, follow health and safety procedures, and assist team members as needed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
· Familiarity with eCommerce and retail order processes
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks & Walking for the picking functions
· Basic IT skills (e.g., using scanners or warehouse systems)
